The Nizari government of Iran minted coins from the time of its third leader,Muhammadibn BuzurgUmmid, until the end of this rule during the reign of RuknalDin Khurshah. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the texts engraved on the coins of the Nizari government of Iran in order to examine the history of this government from the perspective of numismatic knowledge. The study of these texts provides information about the Islamic orientation and Shiite tendencies and beliefs of the Nizari state of Iran, the reflection of the Nizari Ismaili Imamate system, the ideological and political developments during the era of JalalalDinHassan ibn Muhammad(the sixth leader of the Nizari state),and the place where their coins were minted(Alamut). The inscriptions of the slogans"lāʾilāhaʾillā-llāh","muḥammadun rasūlu llāh"and" aliyyun waliyyu llāh",some Quranic verses and the name"Nizar"on the coins of the Nizaris of Iran, which were minted in the Alamut region(Baladatoleqbal or KorsieDeylam),indicate their Islamic and Shiite beliefs.Combining the information obtained in this way with the narratives of written historical sources sheds more light on the developments during the era of the Nizari government of Iran. This research is organized using a historical explanation method and is based on numismatic and historical evidence presented in library sources and a descriptive-analytical approach
