The Islamic world in the Middle Ages was faced with developments that led to the formation of political letters literature. political letters are a manifestation of cultural background and arises from a political experience in which the rule of law is explained. Most of its topics are ethical issues that directly address reforming the ruler's behavior and evaluating his actions. In the Islamic Maghreb, with the rise of the Almoravids as the first Berber experience in creating a coherent state, the issue of gaining legitimacy and learning the style of governance in the tradition of Islamic states was taken into consideration. The present study, by evaluating the cultural context of the Almoravids' rise to power, examines the impact and role of political letters in establishing their rule and governance, with reference to the treatise "Al-Siasa'a au al-Asha'rah fi Tadbir al-Amara" by Moradi. The research findings show that the Almoravids, due to their lack of a governing background, sought to consolidate their cultural power, and in the meantime, apart from the Abbasid Caliphate, they succeeded in establishing their own state in the Maghreb by applying the concept of monarchy and using the approach of the letters of advice.
