fa جریان های تکفیری و نظم بین الملل: (برداشت و شیوه کنش) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="line-height:14.5pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">نظم بین‌الملل معاصر در دل مفاهیم، تعابیر و تجربه‌های جهان مدرن قابل فهم است. این نظم که از آن به &laquo;نظم لیبرال&raquo; هم تعبیر می‌شود، نمایش دهندۀ تعامل برقرار میان بازیگرانش است که در رأس آنها دولت - ملت قرار دارد. این نظم و این بازیگر اصلی در سدۀ بیست و یکم از سوی هستنده‌ای نوظهور و نوآیین در عرصه جهانی به چالش کشیده شدند. دولت اسلامی عراق و شام (داعش) به صورت مشخص نظم بین‌الملل و ایدۀ مرکزی آن، یعنی دولت - ملت را به هماوردی طلبید. نوشتار حاضر مشخصاً این فرضیه را پیش می‌کشد که جنبش‌های تکفیری نظم بین‌الملل مسلط را بزرگ‌ترین دشمن خود می‌دانند. کوشش نگارندۀ این نوشتار تبیین نگرش رادیکالیسم تکفیری در رویارویی با نظم بین‌الملل است. این مهم از طریق توضیح جایگاه ایدۀ دولت - ملت در نظم بین‌الملل معاصر، واکاوی برداشت و فهم جریان‌های تکفیری از آن و شرح شیوۀ کنش آنها به انجام می رسد. روش‌شناسی این نوشتار شالوده‌شکنی دریدا است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="line-height:14.5pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span b="" class="a0" karim="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> نظم بین‌الملل، تکفیریسم، دولت - ملت، قدرت هژمون</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:12.5pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The contemporary international order is understandable from the perspective of the concepts, interpretations and experiences of the modern time. This order, which is also interpreted as a liberal order, reflects the interaction and relations established between its actors, at the center of which is the nation-state. In the 21st century, this order and this main actor were challenged by a new and emerging existence on the world stage, i.e., Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). ISIL has clearly challenged the international order and its central idea, the nation-state. This paper hypothesizes that Takfiri movements consider the hegemonic international order specifically as their main problem. The author tries to explain the attitude of Takfiri radicalism in confronting the international order. This is done by explaining the status of the idea of the nation-state in the contemporary international order, analyzing the perception and understanding of Takfiri movements from it and describing their action approach.
