fa ابزارهای مورد استفاده در مجازات مجرمان در ایران سده‌های میانه تخصصي تاریخ اسلام Islamic History پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL">قبایل صحراگردی که در سده‌های میانه به ایران سرازیر شدند و چندی بعد به حکومت رسیدند، به‌رغم ادّعای حمایت از شریعت و پاسداشت آن،در عمل و در عرصه تعامل با دیگران،&nbsp; به آموزه‌های اسلام دایر بر حفظ حقوق دیگران و بویژه مخالفان پایبند نماندند. گفتنی است که این رویکرد فقط از سوی آنان اتّخاذ نشد و گروه‌های رقیب و سایر بازیگران عرصۀ سیاست نیز عملا چنین رویه‌ای در پیش گرفتند &nbsp;و بر این اساس، حجم عظیمی از ابزارهای مجازات در منازعات سیاسی ـ مذهبی ایران آن زمان به کار رفت. از اینرو این پژوهش در پی پاسخگویی به این پرسش اصلی است که چرا و چگونه این ابزارها برای مجازات افراد مجرم و غیر مجرم</span><span dir="RTL">&nbsp;به کار رفت؟ نویسندگان برای پاسخگویی به این پرسش بر اساس روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای، در وهله نخست نوع و چگونگی کاربرد ابزارهای مجازات را واکاوی نموده و سپس میزان انطباق آنها را &nbsp;با آموزه‌های شریعت و چرائی به کار گیری آنها را در دوره مورد بحث، بررسی کرده اند.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span> The barbarian people who came to Iran in the middle centuries, and sometime later came to power, despite the claims of protecting and respecting the Shari&#39;a, did not adhere to the teachings of Islam in protecting the rights of others, especially the opposition, in practice.
