fa اولین موسسات آموزش عالی در عثمانی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p>پژوهش حاضر به بررسی عملکرد مؤسسات آموزش عالی در امپراتوری عثمانی می‌پردازد. سلاطین عثمانی به آموزش و تأسیس دانشگاه توجه ویژه‌ای داشتند و نهادهایی را برای کمک به جامعه ایجاد کردند. با این‌ حال، این مؤسسات نتوانستند مانند نمونه‌های غربی خود به پیشرفت کشور کمک کنند. نهادهای آموزش عالی عثمانی با الگوگیری از غرب شکل گرفتند، اما به دلیل شرایط نامناسب، با چالش‌های بسیاری روبه‌رو شدند.&nbsp;این تحقیق با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی تاریخی، عملکرد این مؤسسات و نحوه جذب دانشجویان را بررسی می‌کند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تأسیس دانشگاه‌ها نیازمند توسعه مدارس ابتدایی و متوسطه برای آماده‌سازی دانش‌آموزان است؛ امری که در آن دوره نادیده گرفته شد. بنابراین، مؤسسات آموزش عالی عثمانی بیشتر شبیه مکاتب متوسطه بودند تا دانشگاه‌های واقعی.&nbsp;سؤال اصلی پژوهش این است که هدف از ایجاد مؤسسات آموزش عالی در امپراتوری عثمانی چه بود و چه موانع و مشکلاتی در مسیر تحقق این هدف وجود داشت؟</p> The present study examines the performance of higher education institutions in the Ottoman Empire. The Ottoman sultans paid special attention to education and the establishment of universities and established institutions to help society. However, these institutions could not contribute to the country&#39;s progress like their Western counterparts. Ottoman higher education institutions were modeled after the West, but faced many challenges due to inappropriate conditions. This study examines the performance of these institutions and the way they attracted students using a historical descriptive-analytical method. The findings show that the establishment of universities required the development of primary and secondary schools to prepare students; something that was ignored at that time. Therefore, Ottoman higher education institutions were more like secondary schools than real universities.
