<span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عملکرد مدیریتی «شبکه وکالت ائمه»، بر آن است تا با تکیه بر مدل «مدیریت استراتژیک فرآیندی» و با بهرهگیری از منابع کتابخانهای، تاریخچه، اهداف و رسالتها، اصول حاکم بر شبکه و ساختار مدیریتی سازمان وکالت را تفسیر و تبیین کند و با نگرشی تحلیلی ـ انتقادی بر مهندسی هرمی شبکه وکالت، در پی حصول به این نتیجه است که سیستم مدیریتی حاکم بر شبکه، مبتنی بر اصولی خاص و سازمانیافته بوده و چینش نیروها و چارت سازمانی آن، بهصورتی کاملاً نظاممند و با استراتژی مشخص و شفاف برنامهریزی شدهبود.</span></span></span>
<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">This research aimed to investigate the managerial function of the "Imams Advocacy Network" and to interpret and explain the principles governing the network and managerial structure of the advocacy organization by relying on the " process strategic management" model using the library resources about the history of Advocacy Network. It was concluded that the network’s management system was based on specific and organized principles, and its manpower arrangements and organizational chart was completely systematic and planned with a clear strategy.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
