fa ریشۀ افول اقتصاد عثمانی از منظر روزنامه‌های نوعثمانی عصر تنظیمات (1839-1876م) تخصصي تاریخ اسلام Islamic History پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:82%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:82%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt">نوعثمانیان به ‌عنوان اولین منتقدان و متفکران تجددخواه عثمانی در عصر تنظیمات، در پی‌ شناخت علت افول عثمانی برآمدند و از روزنامه به ‌عنوان ابزاری برای ارائۀ افکار و اندیشه‌های خود در این زمینه بهره گرفتند. در این پژوهش علت افول اقتصاد عثمانی در عصر تنظیمات، از منظر روزنامه‌های نوعثمانی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که روزنامه‌نگاران نوعثمانی سیاست‌های نادرست دولتمردان عصر تنظیمات را عامل اصلی افول اقتصاد عثمانی در این عصر می‌دانستند و نمود این سیاست‌ها را در مبحث وام‌های خارجی، سیستم مالیاتی، قراردادهای تجاری با دول غربی، طرح توسعۀ راه‌آهن و اجرای قوانین غربی نشان دادند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:9.5pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">The &ldquo;Young Ottomans&rdquo; were the first modernist thinkers and critics in <i>Tanzimat</i> era who sought to recognize the Ottomans Empire decline and used newspaper to express their thoughts and ideas.
