The expansion of the conquests in the lands inhabited by its inhabitants was a new issue faced by the caliphate system. It was the arrival of a huge range of Jewish, Jewish, Christian, and Zoroastrian inhabitants residing in these lands.
This research is aimed at answering the question of the social status of the society in the era of the caliphate of Omar and how much their social acceptance or rejection in society was based on what criteria. Omar had two completely different ways of interacting with the people of Dhimma. In some instances, based on the Qur'anic standards, and on the basis of social exclusion, the people of Dhimma sought access to administrative jobs and the establishment of social and religious restrictions and sought to control and monitor their social behaviors. This method of dealing with the conditions geographically, the dwelling place and interactions that were with their followers beyond the borders of the Islamic state and could put the Islamic society at risk.
