fa تکوین هویتِ شهروندیِ زنانه در مدینه النبی؛ مطالعه موردیِ آیه ۱۲ سوره ممتحنه تاریخ اسلام/تاریخ صدر اسلام History of the period of the Prophet of Isalm پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:22.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" karim="" style="font-family:">بیعت‌النساء که در آیه</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" karim="" style="font-family:"> ی</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" karim="" style="font-family:"> ۱۲ سوره</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" karim="" style="font-family:"> ی </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" karim="" style="font-family:">ممتحنه بدان فرمان داده شده، در پی فتح مکه و پس از آن رخ داد که زنانِ قریش و دیگر قبایل تازه به اسلام گرویده برای ورود به جامعه ی اسلامی با پیامبر(ص) پیمان بستند.این پژوهش با روش توصیفی</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span mincho="" ms="" style="font-family:">‑</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" karim="" style="font-family:">تحلیلی و رویکرد تاریخی، در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که بیعت‌النساء در قیاس با پیمان‌های پیشین (بیعت های عقبه</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" karim="" style="font-family:"> ی</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" karim="" style="font-family:"> اول و دوم، بیعت رضوان) و صحیفه</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" karim="" style="font-family:"> ی</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span b="" karim="" style="font-family:"> مدینه، چه نوآوری‌هایی در تکوین &laquo;هویتِ شهروندیِ زنانه&raquo; در مدینه‌النبی داشته است؟ یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که بیعت‌النساء با سه نوآوریِ &laquo;به‌رسمیت‌شناختنِ عاملیتِ مستقلِ زنان&raquo;، &laquo;تعریفِ صریحِ حقوق و تکالیفِ زنانه&raquo; و &laquo;بازتعریفِ وفاداری از قبیله به اُمّت&raquo;، این خلأ را مرتفع ساخت .شرطِ ششم بیعت النساء با تعیینِ پیامبر(ص) به‌عنوانِ مرجعِ تشخیصِ &laquo;معروف&raquo;، زنان را از اطاعتِ قبیله‌ای رها کرد. بدین‌ترتیب، بیعت‌النساء &laquo;منشورِ مکمِّلِ شهروندیِ زنان&raquo; در نخستین نظامِ سیاسیِ اسلام است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:10%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Bayʿat al-Nisāʾ, commanded in verse 12 of Sūrat al-Mumtaḥina, took place after the conquest of Mecca, when the women of Quraysh and other newly converted tribes pledged allegiance to the Prophet (PBUH) in order to enter the Islamic community. This research, employing a descriptive-analytical method and a historical approach, seeks to answer the following question: compared with previous covenants (the First and Second Pledges of ʿAqaba, the Pledge of Riḍwān) and the Constitution of Medina, what innovations did Bayʿat al-Nisāʾ introduce in the formation of &quot;feminine citizenship identity&quot; in Medina? The findings indicate that Bayʿat al-Nisāʾ remedied this gap through three innovations: &quot;recognition of women&#39;s independent agency,&quot; &quot;explicit definition of women&#39;s rights and obligations,&quot; and &quot;redefinition of loyalty from tribe to ummah.&quot; The sixth condition of Bayʿat al-Nisāʾ, by designating the Prophet (PBUH) as the authority for determining &quot;maʿrūf&quot; liberated women from tribal obedience.
