Transoxianan intellectuals, called the "Jadidi," built their foundation on the ideas and works of Ahmad Danesh Bukhari, calling him the father of progressive movement in their land. In this article, in order to recognize the practical logic of their thinking, we uses the four-step approach of Thomas Sprigens (crisis observation, pain recognition, ideal society, treatment), that focuses on the process of forming a political thought (not just the thought itself). The  main question is that , "In what process was Ahmad Danesh's political thought placed on the intellectual circuit and what was his action in this area?" The preliminary answer is that "his belonging (as a thinker) to a land on the verge of decline  and dealing with his experiences with Tatar intellectuals, the occupation of the Russians in Transoxiana, and the glory of their land, eventually led to his evolving ideas , based on it, while analyzing the causes of disorder in society,  propose a way for improvement.
