Abstract:   (1964 Views)
With the establishment of the Fatimids’ Caliphate in 297AH in Africia, the leaders of the Movement started to develop their dominance over different Islamic regions through the "Invitation Organization". Mountainous areas of qufs in southern Kerman were located in the nomadic tribes of qufs. they tended to Fatimids Ismaili. The main purpose of this research is to study the effect of the commercial rivalries of the Fatimids and Abbasids on the early orientation of the qufs tribes to the Fatimids Ismaili, using the historical analytical method. The results have revealed that the in the commercial competition with the Abbasids, Fatimids tried to shift the commercial ways from the Persian Gulf to the Red Sea, and they created some disturbances in the commercial business road networks in southern Iran. By changing the beliefs of the tribes and inviting them to the Fatimids Ismaili, the Fatimids benefited from them and by insecurities in the roads, they succeeded in changing the trade route from the Persian Gulf to the Red Sea.
