fa جایگاه سرمایه فکری در گزارش‌های بیهقی درباره فرمانروایی مسعود غزنوی The Position of Intellectual Capital in Bayhaqi's Reports on the Reign of Masoud Ghaznavi تاریخ اسلام/میان رشته ای Islamic History/ Interdisciplinary History پژوهشي Research تاریخ بیهقی از منابع دربردارنده آزمودههایی از دوره سلطان مسعود غزنوی است که فرصتها، فرصتیابیها و فرصتسوزیها را به درستی گزارش کرده است. سرمایه فکری یک دارایی دانشبنیان و پنهان در این متن ادبی و پارسی نهفته است و بر پایه سرمایه فکری میتوان به گزارشهای سودمندی در این کتاب دست یافت و ارزش فراوانی برای پژوهش دارد. با بررسی گزارشهای گوناگون بیهقی در باره مناسبات بین سلطان و کارگزارانش و بر پایه تعریف برگزیده از سرمایه فکری، به ارزیابی سرمایه آزمودههای انسانی مانند یاری به کارگزاران شایسته، هماندیشی در گزینش کارگزاران، توانمندسازی آنان پرداخته و نیز بازدارندههای این سرمایه انسانی را بررسی کرده است. دستآورد این بود که بیهقی گزارشهای خود را درباره سلطان مسعود بر پایه جایگاه سرمایه فکری کارگزاران به نگارش درآورده و بهویژه در ارزیابی آنان برای شایستگی، به ویژگیهای کارگزاران و جایگاه منصب و نیز سازگاری این دو بسیار دقت میکرده و عامل بنیادی فروپاشی فرمانروایی مسعود را، نبود سرمایه فکری ندانسته، بلکه کمتوجهی سلطان به سرمایههای فکری و تدبیر او عامل بنیادی دانسته است.   Bayhaqi's History is a source containing testimonies from the era of Sultan Masoud Ghaznavi who have accurately reported opportunities, opportunity-seeking and opportunity-burning. Intellectual capital is a knowledge-based and hidden asset hidden in this literary and Persian text, and based on intellectual capital, useful reports can be obtained in this book and it has great value for research. By examining various reports by Bayhaqi about the relations between the Sultan and his agents and based on the chosen definition of intellectual capital, he has evaluated the human capital of testimonies such as helping competent agents, thinking together in selecting agents, empowering them, and also examining the inhibitors of this human capital. The achievement was that Bayhaqi wrote his reports about Sultan Masoud based on the intellectual capital of his agents, and in particular, in evaluating them for competence, he paid great attention to the characteristics of the agents and their positions, as well as the compatibility of the two.
