fa سهم اقدامات فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی پیامبر در مدیریت اقشار آسیب پذیر مدینه با تاکید بر آیات مدنی قرآن تاریخ اسلام/میان رشته ای Islamic History/ Interdisciplinary History پژوهشي Research چکیده<br> سال‌های اولیه هجرت مسلمین به مدینه بنابر‌گزارش منابع تاریخی، یکی از مقاطع حساس و دشوار اقتصادی برای آنان بوده است. پیامبر(ص)به‌عنوان رهبر مسلمین برای عبور جامعه از این مقطع دشوار در عرصه‌های فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی اقدامات مدیریتی انجام دادند. هدف پژوهش حاضر آن است‌که به سهم‌سنجی اقدامات مدیریتی پیامبر(ص) در عرصه‌های نامبرده بپردازد و بدین پرسش پاسخ دهد‌که ‌سهم کدام عرصه مدیریتی در‌کاهش مشکلات اقتصادی اقشار آسیب‌پذیر بیشتر بوده است؟ برای دستیابی به پاسخ این پرسش، روش نظریه زمینه‌ای اشتراوس و‌کوربین مورد استفاده قرار‌گرفته است. یافته‌های بدست آمده نشان می‌دهد‌که تدابیر فرهنگی پیامبر(ص)با حدود 9/99 درصد فراوانی، بیشترین سهم را در‌کاهش آلام و مدیریت اقشار آسیب‌پذیر داشته است. نتیجه آنکه در اسلوب مدیریتی پیامبر(ص)، مردم‌باوری و فرهنگ‌سازی از طریق اعتماد به مردم و توسعه ظرفیت‌های انسانی را زیربنا و پایه حل مشکلات اقتصادی می‌داند و باید برای حل آن‌ها در زمینه فرهنگ برنامه‌ریزی‌های دقیقی طراحی شود.<br> &nbsp; Abstract<br> The early years of the Muslim&rsquo;s migration (Hijra) to Medina, according to historical sources, constituted one of the sensitive and difficult economic periods for them. As the leader of the Muslims, the Prophet undertook managerial actions in the cultural, social, political, and economic spheres to navigate the community through these challenging conditions. The objective of the present research is to examine the Prophet&rsquo;s managerial actions in the aforementioned spheres and to answer the question: Which actions of the Prophet played a greater role in alleviating the economic hardship of vulnerable strata? To obtain an answer to this question, the grounded theory methodology of Strauss and Corbin was utilized. The findings obtained indicate that the Prophet&rsquo;s cultural actions, with 99.9% frequency, and the greatest share in reducing suffering and managing vulnerable strata. The conclusion is that within the Prophet&rsquo;s managerial approach, a people- centered approach and cultural development- through trust in the people and the development of human capacities- are considered the foundation and basis for solving economic problems.
